Kerrier Local Development Framework (LDF)
The switch to the LDF has led to the publication of various documents including a core strategy for the Kerrier District and the production of a draft Camborne-Pool-Redruth Area Action Plan.  CoSERG participated in consultations for these documents. As part of this work CoSERG has developed a database of land use changes in the Camborne-Redruth area, essential for understanding the changes that have and are taking place in the area.

Implementation Plans
A number of implementation plans have been introduced in the Camborne and Redruth areas, the most recent being the Dudnance Lane Implementation Plan.

Local Government Review
CoSERG has produced a critique of the One Cornwall project, building upon earlier work that argued for an assembly for Cornwall.

Draft Regional Spatial Strategy (RSS)
CoSERG has been involved in commenting upon the RSS.  In 2006, critically examining a number of individual policies in the strategy and publishing a critique of the overall strategy and process.
